Bringing a fresh and fun take to Aerial yoga!
I found aerial yoga in 2022 and completely fell in love with it. I completed my teacher training in 2024 and since then I’ve taught at Holy Cow all the way over to Girona, Spain on retreat. My classes aren’t too serious and we have a good giggle, we take time to warm up and settle into the hammocks, moving into some stretching and flow movements before the best bit (going upside down) and doing fun flips and making pretty shapes.
Aerial yoga has so many benefits including improving flexibility, increasing strength, decompression of the joints and spine, enhances balance and coordination, boosts mental clarity and reduces stress and anxiety, improves circulation and builds trust and confidence in yourself. My personal favourite thing about aerial yoga is that it’s LOADS of fun!
My classes are open to all experience levels and you are welcome to try as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
Outside of teaching you’ll find me snuggling my dog, Daisy, doing my own yoga practice or enjoying a glass of wine with my friends.
I can’t wait to see you in the hammocks.
